As part of our 2014 Season Opening Week festivities, the Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Committee has scheduled a Sliding Clinic on Saturday, May 24 at 9:00 a.m. for all interested house league players in our Mosquito (2003-2004) and Peewee (2001-2002) age divisions.

The knowledge and skill of performing a proper slide into a base or home plate during a game could mean the difference being called safe or out. Players will be given hands on instruction on the techniques in executing a safe and effective slide into a base when they are in game situation.

Our hour long clinic will be supervised by TP Baseball Coach Joel Scott, our resident Jedi Master in the fine art of sliding.
