MOSQUITO > Dodgers Top Mets 6-4

THE ARTFUL DODGERS PICKPOCKET THE METROPOLITANS UNDER THE LIGHTS TO EARN THE VICTORY AT CHRISTIE PITS

On a glorious Spring evening under the lights, the Dodgers prevailed 6-4 over the Mets in a fun filled Mosquito Division nightcap game at Christie Pits Diamond 2.

Here is a Dodgers game synopsis of the proceedings:

DODGERS GAME SUMMARY by Diane McCallum.

The Mets and Dodgers game on Thursday night was a great game during a wonderful spring evening at Christie Pits.

The Dodgers game was full of great pitching, fielding, hitting and base running. Our pitching was led by Charlie, Lachlin, Harris and Alejandro. Not only were their pitches bang on, but their fielding while in the position was a great help to the team, as were plays by Avi, Taras, Mary and Theresa.

The Dodgers have really developed their hitting and base running. There were some well-placed hits and strategic running by Devin, Cooper, and Sebastian N. (from the Lizzies).

The final score was 6-4 for the Dodgers, and everyone had a great time!  Everyone is  looking forward to our next game!
