WITH THE POSSIBILITY THAT THE INTERCOUNTY TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS MIGHT NEED TO USE DOMINICO FIELD ON THAT MONDAY, THE BANTAM & MIDGET HOUSE LEAGUE GAMES MIGHT BE SCUTTLED THAT EVENING
The Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Committee has announced that there is a possibility that the Toronto Maple Leafs may have to use Dominico Field (a.k.a. Diamond 1) on Monday, July 28 to play a rained out game to complete their Intercounty Baseball League regular season schedule before their playoffs start later that week.
If that happens, then obviously our Bantam and Midget house league games wouldn’t take place that night.
If that is the case, then our games will be re-scheduled for the earliest possible date.
We will keep you posted over the next week as to what the situation is.
