Our hugely popular Tee Ball baseball program is on the move for the upcoming 2015 house league baseball season.

All Tee Ball house league regular season games will now be played at two newly constructed diamonds at Art Eggleton Park (323 Harbord Street). The diamonds are located in the park south of Harbord Street between Montrose Avenue and Grace Street.

The City of Toronto has constructed two new diamonds at Art Eggleton Park to address some of our conditions for vacating the historic Tee Ball diamond footprint in the north end of Bickford Park. Please click on the link below to access a background post detailing our move to the new park:

BACKGROUND POST ON MOVING TP HOUSE LEAGUE BASEBALL TEE BALL PROGRAM TO ART EGGLETON PARK

With the move to Art Eggleton Park, the TP Baseball Committee can offer both ‘Junior Tee Ball’ and ‘Senior Tee Ball’ divisions this season. This is possible because we will have two tee ball diamonds to use in Art Eggleton Park rather than the one we had in Bickford Park. The Junior Tee Ball games (for players born in 2010 and 2011) will be at 5:30 p.m. and the Senior Tee Ball games (for players born in 2008 and 2009) will be at 6:30 p.m.

The Committee feels that this will provide an even more enjoyable experience for our Tee Ball players, who will be participating with others at the same level of experience and skill. Tee Ball will again be offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays this season.

The Committee is planning to schedule a series of In Person Registration Sessions. Dates, times and venue information will be posted once details have been finalized.

With the overwhelming popularity of our respective house league baseball offerings, the Committee strongly urges all interested parents and players to register early to guarantee a placement in our program. ALL roster spots in our six age groups will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Once all the available roster openings have been filled in a designated age category, any additional registrants will be put on a sequential waiting list in the event an opening becomes available.
