With the dog days of summer upon us, both the Cardinals and Expos had an insufficient number of players on hand for a full fledged game of Peewee Division baseball this evening at Christie Pits Diamond 2.

So instead, the Cards and Expos had a fun and lively hitting game of scrub. There were lots of hits and plays by all players on hand. And the kids really enjoyed it and it was a fun break from the norm for the coaches too.

A huge thank you goes out to both our TP umpires for making the scrub session so much fun.

And kudos to TP Umpire Bennett Duncan, who showcased his stellar pitching for all of us to enjoy!
