THE SECOND WORKOUT/TRYOUT SESSION FOR PLAYERS INTERESTED IN OUR 2018 TORONTO PLAYGROUNDS MIDGET SELECT TEAM (2000-2002) HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO MONDAY EVENING AT CHRISTIE PITS DIAMOND 2
Due to wet field conditions, the Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Committee has been forced to cancell today’s (Sunday, October 15) outdoor workout/tryout session for players interested in playing for the 2018 Toronto Playgrounds Midget Select team.
The Midget Select workout/tryout session has been rescheduled and will now take place on Monday, October 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Christie Pits Diamond 2.
Players born in 2000, 2001 and 2002 are eligible to participate in this session.
Since we need to determine the number of players who would be interested in playing Midget Select for Toronto Playgrounds in 2018, these sessions are important step in making that decision. So if you are interested, please either attend the session or, if you can’t make it Wednesday, let us know by return email that you are interested.
On days of questionable weather, Players and Parents are advised to check our Hotline [(416) 392-1914], Twitter feed [@TPbaseballnews], or website [https://torontoplaygrounds.ca/news/] for updates on the status of their outdoor workout/tryout session. Updates will be posted 45-60 minutes prior to the start of the session.
