The Winter 2020 Toronto Playgrounds House League Baseball Tee Ball Academy is open for registration!
As the calendar turns over to a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious new year, the Academy classes are a great way for players to get ready for the outdoor season! The weekly classes give participants the chance to develop new skills and continue to build their existing skills. People have already been registering, so sign up today to make sure you get a spot in the class of your choice!
The TP House League Baseball Tee Ball Academy features forty-five minute long weekly indoor skills and drills classes taking place in a gym. Each week’s class will feature a stretch and warm up, along with activities that will help the participants develop their tee ball skills in a fun and exciting setting! Players will be able to enjoy even more tee ball while enhancing their skills and building increased self-confidence in their tee ball abilities.
There are classes for ages 4 and 5 years and for ages 6 and 7 years.
Location:
- Humewood Community School gym > 15 Cherrywood Ave., between St. Clair Avenue and Vaughan Road.
Days:
- Saturdays
Times:
- 12:45 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (for 4 and 5 year olds)
- 1:40 p.m. to 2:25 p.m. (for 6 and 7 year olds)
- 2:35 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. (for 4 and 5 year olds)
- 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. (for 6 and 7 year olds)
Format:
- 6 weeks of 45 minute classes for each group.
Registration fee:
- $ 50.00/six-week session.
Schedule:
- Winter session (Saturday): January 11; 18; 25; February 1; 8; 22
To Register:
If you are registering online and you already have a Goalline account (from registering in our house league for instance), then answer “yes” to the returning player question. You will then enter the player’s access code and birthdate and you will be taken straight to the form. The access code was sent to you from Goalline after your first online registration, so you can look back at that email to retrieve your code.
If you do not already have a Goalline account then answer “no” to the returning player question and fill in the required information…you will then be able to complete the form.
