2019 HOUSE LEAGUE DIVISIONAL SCHEDULES

Updated on May 18, 2019

Below you will find the information for each Houseleague age division in terms of the days/times/locations for games and practices. In many divisions, there is a choice of game nights, so please read the information carefully before registering. If you have any questions please email us at info@tpbaseball.ca.

TEE BALL DIVISION (2012–2015)
For the 2019 season, we will be offering two divisions of Tee Ball – Junior Tee Ball is intended for players born in 2014 and 2015, and Senior Tee Ball is intended for players born in 2012 and 2013. If parents are interested in having their child “play up” or “play down” a division they should contact us at info@tpbaseball.ca.

For the 2019 season, we are offering both Junior and Senior Tee Ball divisions from Monday to Friday. Players will register for one day only.

  • Junior Tee Ball games will start at 5:30 p.m. Senior Tee Ball games will start at 6:30 p.m.
  • Short warm up practices will be incorporated into the beginning of each game…there won’t be scheduled team practices once the regular season starts. There will be two or three scheduled team practices during the pre-season schedule. We may also hold some weekend clinics in June for any particularly keen Tee Ball players to develop their skills even more.
  • All of the pre-season practices and regular season games will take place at the Art Eggleton Park Tee Ball diamonds, which are located just south of Harbord Street between Grace Street and Montrose Avenue (beside the Montrose Public School schoolyard).
  • The pre-season will run from late April/beginning of May to Thursday, May 16. The Tee Ball division regular season will commence on Tuesday, May 21. The season will conclude with a Tee Ball Celebration Day event for each team in late August/early September (the precise format/date(s) will be confirmed by the end of May).

  • There will be evaluation sessions arranged for players registered in all Rookie Ball divisions. The purpose of these sessions is to give us as good a measure as possible of the skill level of our players, so that we can make our houseleague teams as fair and balanced as possible. These sessions will take place sometime in April. Parents will be contacted by the end of March as to the dates, times, and location of these sessions.
  • The pre-season will run from late April/beginning of May to Thursday, May 16. The Rookie Ball division regular season will commence on Thursday May 23. The Rookie Ball season will wrap up on Saturday, August 24 with the Rookie Ball Celebration Day event.
