All pre-season practices, regular season games, and weekend open practices will take place at the Art Eggleton Park Tee Ball diamonds, which are located just south of Harbord Street between Grace Street and Montrose Avenue (beside the Montrose Public School schoolyard).

The preseason will run from early May (specific start date is dependent on field conditions) to Thursday, May 16. The Tee Ball division regular season will commence on Tuesday, May 21. The season will conclude with a Tee Ball Celebration Day for each team in early September.

BANTAM (2009-2010) and VARSITY (2006/2007/2008)

For the 2024 season, the Bantam division is for players born in 2009 and 2010, and the Varsity division is for players born in 2006, 2007, and 2008. There will be one Bantam division and one Varsity division. There will be four teams in the Varsity division. There will be either be four or six teams in the Bantam division…the decision as to whether we add two teams to have six will depend largely on the registration numbers we have once online registration opens.

Since there is only one available diamond with a mound there will be Bantam and Varsity games played on more than one day each week. The days on which there will always be both a Bantam game and a Varsity game scheduled are Tuesday and Sunday. On Tuesdays and on Sundays the Bantam game will start at 6:00 p.m. and the Varsity game will start at 8:00 p.m. The four Varsity teams will be scheduled for one game a week. The bantam teams will also be scheduled for one game a week. If we have four bantam teams those games will be on Tuesdays and Sundays. If we end up having six bantam teams the third bantam game each week will likely be played on Saturday afternoon.

All of the Tuesday and Sunday Bantam and Varsity games will be played at Christie Pits diamond 1. If there are six bantam teams the Saturday afternoon games will be played on Christie Pits diamond 1 or Christie Pits diamond 2. We will be announcing the practice times and days for the bantam and varsity house league divisions by mid-May. Some practices will be at Christie Pits diamond 1, and some will be at other diamonds. There will be evaluation sessions arranged for players registered in the Bantam and Varsity divisions. The purpose of these sessions is to give us as good a measure as possible of the skill level of our players, so that we can make our house league teams as fair and balanced as possible.
