2009 TP House League Baseball Award Winners
The TP Baseball Committee will hold a special general membership meeting at the Alex Duff Building (northwest quadrant of Christie Pits) on Sunday, November 28 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to present its 2010 awards for baseball excellence.
The Committee presents awards annually to people who embody the spirit and principles of our TP house league baseball program. It gives recognition to Players, Coaches, Umpires and Parents who go beyond the call of duty and volunteer their energy and time to make our baseball program the wonderful experience that it is.
Awards in the categories of male participant; female participant and volunteer of the year will be presented during the proceedings.
The general membership meeting will allow new and old members of the TP Baseball Family to hear an update on the state of operations in the TP Baseball Program. The proceedings will also allow anyone in attendance to ask questions to TP Baseball committee members and receive answers to their concerns.
Additionally, parents in attendance will also have the opportunity to take advantage of our early bird incentive and sign up their child or children for the 2011 TP Baseball Season. Anyone who fills out a 2011 registration form with payment before the end of January 31, 2011 will have the $10.00 registration fee increase waived. Thus, the early bird will be paying 2010 prices for the upcoming season! A saving of ten dollars is a great incentive to sign up early for another great season of baseball. Don’t wait…register NOW!
