AS THE MOSQUITO DIVISION REGULAR SEASON ENDS, THE DODGERS TOP THE GIANTS 12-10 AND THE CUBS MAUL THE CARDINALS 14-3
Brian (5) of the Pirates hit an inside the park home run at Bickford South.
With the TP Tournament on the horizon, our six Mosquito Division teams wound up their respective regular seasons this evening at Christie Pits and Bickford Park in fine fashion.
The Lizzies sabred the Pirates 9-7 at the Bickford South diamond. The highlight of the game was an inside the park home run hit by Brian (5) “the Killer” of the Pirates.
In a rock ’em sock ’em battle on Diamond # 2, the Dodgers eventually came out on top of the Giants 12-10.
Meanwhile, on Diamond # 3, the Cubs mauled the Cardinals 14-3.
