Dressed To Grill Volunteers Needed at TP Baseball Barbecue Zone during ‘September Madness’


THE TP BASEBALL COMMITTEE IS LOOKING FOR A HELPING HAND DURING THE WEEKEND PORTION OF THE END OF SEASON TOURNAMENT TO STAFF THE BARBECUE PIT ON SEPTEMBER 6 AND 7

September 22, 2012 2013 Derby For Distance Event1During this upcoming weekend on Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7, the TP Baseball Barbecue Zone will be in full swing as part of our end of season ‘September Madness’ tournament.

All players and coaches will be receiving a free lunch consisting of a hot dog (meat or veggie), a bag of chips, and a juice box.

Food will also be on sale to family members and friends on both days.

The free lunches will be distributed as ‘Team Orders’. A lunch schedule will be sent out and posted tomorrow telling all players and coaches when they will receive their free lunch…those will be given out sometime Saturday, depending upon when each respective team plays.

The TP Baseball Committee will be operating the Barbecue Zone from about 10:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on both days of the weekend, but we need some volunteers to help us out with it!

So, if you’re willing to help run the BBQ for an hour or two when you’re not coaching or watching your child or children play, please let us know either by contacting Steve Smith at the ballpark or via email at tpbaseball@gmail.com.
