The Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Committee has released its 2015 regular season schedule for teams in our Bantam (2000-2001) Division.

2015 BANTAM DIVISION REGULAR SEASON SCHEDULE

Players and Parents are advised that if a few more people decide to register for our Bantam Division program over the next couple of weeks, then the Committee will create a third team. If this is the case, this will obviously mean that some players will change from the team they’re currently on.

This would also mean that on some weeks, we will be adding a Saturday game at noon to make sure that everyone is playing at least once a week. In that case, we will be preparing and sending out an updated schedule. So if you know someone who has been considering joining, please give them some more encouragement because it would be great to move to three teams sooner rather than later.

In addition, the Committee is still looking into having some cross-over games with some Bantam teams from Annette Baseball. If we are able to arrange thosethen we will send out the game information…it might mean that some of the Wednesday games scheduled would become one of our teams playing an Annette team at Christie Pits. In all cases we will ensure that all of the teams are playing the same number of games.

The Committee would like to really thank the parents who have come out to help with the coaching of our two Bantam Division teams so far this season. We’re hoping that we can count on your continued participation. Our house league relies on volunteer coaches, so please let us know if you’ve decided that you’d also like to help whenever you’re around.
