A REMINDER THAT EACH OF OUR SIX PEEWEE DIVISION TEAMS HAVE AN EXTRA GAME ON TAP FOR EITHER THIS TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY AT CHRISTIE PITS

The Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Committee is issuing a friendly reminder that, as is indicated on the schedule that was distributed in April, there is one extra game for each Peewee Division team scheduled this week.
The Committee does this each season to make up for the fact that due to the holiday Mondays during the summer when games were not scheduled, the Peewee teams would otherwise play fewer games than their Mosquito Division counterparts.
Here is the Peewee Division schedule for this week:
Monday, August 31
Game 1 6:00 pm Christie Pits #2 Mets at Expos
Game 2 6:00 pm Bickford South Giants at Rockies
Game 3 7:45 pm Christie Pits #2 Lizzies at Pirates
Tuesday, September 1
Game 1 6:00 pm Christie Pits #2 Pirates at Rockies
Wednesday, September 2
Game 1 6:00 pm Christie Pits #2 Expos at Lizzies
Game 2 7:45 pm Christie Pits #2 Giants at Mets
