OUR 2015 TP HOUSE LEAGUE BASEBALL TOURNAMENT CONCLUDES THIS MORNING WITH MORE ONE MORE PLAYOFF ELIMINATION GAME AT CHRISTIE PITS

That was quite a Thursday of “September Madness” that we had. A pair of entertaining Mosquito Division semi-final games to determine the two teams that would play in the Mosquito Division Championship Game. And for the icing on the cake, a thrilling and nail biting Peewee Division Championship Game.
With a total of 47 tournament games having been played in the past ten days of the 2015 Toronto Playgrounds House League Baseball Tournament, ‘September Madness winds down today with one last game on the menu at Christie Pits.
With the conclusion of the Mosquito Division quarter-final and the Peewee Division semi-final rounds last night, our beloved ‘September Madness’ end of season tourney begins to wind down.
We continue with three more playoff elimination games this evening at Christie Pits.

Players, Parents and Coaches are strongly advised to check your tournament schedule carefully for the dates and times of your team’s games. It is very important that we start all games at the start time listed on the schedule…please try to be at the diamond at least 15 to 30 minutes before the start time to give the coaches a chance to get the line ups organized.
On days of questionable weather, Players and Parents are strongly advised to check the our Twitter feed, the Hotline [(416) 392-1914], or website if the weather is suspect for updates on the status of their games. Updates will be posted 45-60 minutes prior to the official game time.
The annual end of season tournament to wrap up the season is baseball lover’s delight with a cornucopia of games from four age divisions being played over four diamonds at Christie Pits and Bickford Park.
Updated scores and standings will be posted on our website after the conclusion of play each and every night. Game Reports (when available) will be posted the next day.
