DAY TWO: Four Down…Only 43 Games Left To Be Played!


THE TP TOURNAMENT CONTINUES TODAY WITH THREE SCHEDULED GAMES

Dodgers Coach Michael Godel has a mound conference with his players.

With four games played, the 2010 TP Tournament (a.k.a. ‘September Madness’) continues this evening with three more scheduled games.

  • ALL games WILL start at the scheduled time, regardless of how many players are there. Defensive teams will have to field with available players.
  • Please arrive at least one half hour before game time to warm up and to allow coaches to make lineups.  
  • Full uniforms (houese league cap, house league jersey and house league pants) are to be worn.
  • If games are cancelled due to weather, the tournament will run longer than indicated on the schedule.

Here’s a listing of the scheduled games that will be played today (Wednesday, September 8):

MOSQUITO DIVISION:  5:45 p.m.   Lizzies @ Giants  (Diamond # 3)

PEEWEE DIVISION:  7:45 p.m.   Yankees @ Red Sox  (Diamond # 2)

BANTAM DIVISION:  6:00 p.m.   White Sox @ Lizzies  (Diamond # 1)

MIDGET DIVISION:  No scheduled game today.

On days of uncertain weather, please remember to check the TP Weather Hotline at (416) 392-1914 (Press ‘4’) to see if your game will proceed as scheduled or be postponed.  Please note that if some tournament games scheduled on a specific day are rained out, the schedule will continue as printed and the rained out games will be added into the schedule later in the tournament.
