PEEWEE TUESDAYS: Yankees Top Lizzies 9-6 In Fine Style

YANKS CONTINUE THEIR WINNING WAYS WITH A DISCIPLINED GAME

Cameron (10) of the Yankees pitched a super final inning to earn the save.

In their final Peewee Division regular season game before the TP Tournament, the Yankees defeated the Lizzies 9-6.

The Yankees victory was an apt way to finish of the regular season in fine style.

Jack (1) of the Yankees pitched a super inning during the game and held the potent Lizzies batters to only one run. According to Yankees Coach Greg Brown, Jack’s pitching effort was magified because it was only the second inning that he has ever pitched.

Malcolm (14) of the Yankees had a disciplined evening at the dish as he drew two walks and came around to score both times.

Cameron (10) of the Yankees pitched a super final inning to pick up the save.

Kudos to Taarak (8) of the Lizzies who played a courageous game after being hit twice by pitches while batting and not missing any playing time.
