CUBBIES STAGE FOUR RUN COMEBACK IN THE BOTTOM OF THE FOURTH INNING TO KNOCK OFF THE GIANTS

Max (7) of the Cubs drew a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the fourth to bring in the winning run.
Under humid skies at Christie Pits Diamond 2 this evening, the Cubs rallied for four runs in their last at bats to usurp the Giants 9-8 in a thrilling four inning Mosquito Division showdown.
Trailing 8-5, the Cubs answered the clarion comeback call in the bottom of the fourth and stormed back with a vengeance to score two to cut the deficit to one.
With the bases loaded, Jake (14) of Cubs took one for the team when he was hit by a pitch, which allowed the tying run to come home from third.
With the bases still loaded, Max (7) of the Cubs exercised composed discipline at the plate and drew a walk to bring Joshua (10) homeward bound from third with the winning run.
