Beneath a canopy of warm and hazy spring skies at Christie Pits Diamond 3 early this morning, our TP Major Peewee Select Team took to the field with gusto for their first spring training outdoor practice of the 2014 EBA Select Season.
After eleven weeks of intensive indoor practices at Harbord Collegiate Institute gymnasium during the winter months, TP Major Select Head Coach Mike Pett and his assistant coaches (Jonathan Stein and Michael Gödel) put the players through a rigorous series of exercises and drills in preparation for the long season ahead.
The Major Peewee Selects will play their first exhibition game at Christie Pits Diamond 2 on Sunday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m.
