TP HOUSE LEAGUE BASEBALL HAS SCHEDULED A SATURDAY BATTING PRACTICE SESSION FOR ALL INTERESTED ROOKIE BALL (2005-2006) PLAYERS IN OUR MONDAY CONTINGENT AT CHRISTIE PITS DIAMOND 3

The Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Committee has scheduled a batting practice session for house league teams in our Rookie Ball “Monday” Division on Saturday, May 31 at Christie Pits Diamond 3.
The schedule is as follows:
- 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.: Bobcats
- 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Cougars
- 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.: Leopards
- 12:45 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.: Panthers
Each player will get an opportunity to bat for three or four minutes. During that time, they will be able to have quite a number of swings. This should help them with their comfort level with the pitching machine and/or their hitting mechanics.
