In a thrilling three inning game, the Mets won 9-6 over the Reds.

In the top of the first, Mets slugger Dylan (4) got things going with a powerful three RBI, bases loaded triple to right field.

The Reds call-up shortstop, Joshren, surprised everyone by catching a hard hit ball by Georgia (7), then throwing out a wayfaring Mets base runner at first for a stunning unassisted double play.

Up 4-2 after the first inning, the Mets lost some ground during the top of the second due to some dazzling pitching by Reds reliever Gabriel (15) who kept them to only one run.

Reds slugger Alex hit a clutch three RBI triple, bringing home three of the four runs scored in the bottom half of the second, giving the Big Red Machine a 6-5 lead going into the third.

The Mets answered back in the top of the third by scoring four runs (including a line drive double up the middle by Dylan) to retake the lead 9-6.

Rookie Mets pitcher Dylan (4) closed out the bottom of the third, keeping the Reds from scoring despite some aggressive base stealing by the Big Red Machine.

Both teams played well with great sportsmanship and teamwork.
