A wonderful time was had by one and all at the 2015 Toronto Maple Leafs Baseball Forum and Reception held this evening at the Westin Bristol Place Hotel to inaugurate the team’s forty-seventh season at Christie Pits.

The annual symposium was held the evening before the Leafs play their 2015 Season Opener on Sunday (May 3) against the Hamilton Cardinals at Dominico Field at Christie Pits (Game time is 2:00 p.m.).

The Forum offered a great opportunity for attendees who were young and old to ask questions to a wide array of former all-star players and hear about their unique experiences in the major leagues. Afterwards, attendees had an opportunity obtain autographs from the all stars in attendance.

The baseball greats included Jim Bunning, Ferguson Jenkins, Bill ‘Spaceman’ Lee, Steve Rogers and Bret Saberhagen .

Jack Dominico, the owner of the Intercounty Toronto Maple Leafs Baseball Club, has been one of the most avid supporters of the Toronto Playgrounds House League Baseball program through the years.

Twelve guests from Toronto Playgrounds Baseball were in attendance for the Maple Leafs forum and reception, including five members of the TP Baseball Committee (Chief Coordinator Steve Smith and Committee Members Paul Bagnell, Paul Hum Paul Kelly [a.k.a. The Killer P’s] and Jeff Kolyn).

Everyone from TP had a grand old time!
