THE FIRST 2015 REGULAR SEASON GAMES FOR PLAYERS IN OUR RESPECTIVE BANTAM (2000-2001) & MIDGET (1997-1999) AGE GROUPS START ON MONDAY EVENING AT DOMINICO FIELD AT CHRISTIE PITS
The Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Committee has announced that the 2015 regular season for players in our respective Bantam (2000-2001) and Midget (1997-1999) age divisions will commence on Monday, May 25 at Dominico Field at Christie Pits (a.k.a. Diamond 1).
Players in our Bantam Division should arrive at Dominico Field by 5:15 p.m. to pick up their uniform and get warmed up for the game. Uniforms will be available in the first base bleachers at the diamond. The game will start at 6:00 pm, the regular Bantam start time.
Players in our Midget Division should arrive at Dominico Field by 7:15 p.m. to pick their uniform and get warmed up for the game. Uniforms will be available in the first base bleachers at the diamond. The game will start at 8:00 pm, the regular Midget start time.
Players will be sent an e-mail by 3:00 p.m. on Monday (May 25) letting you know what team you’re on. Even if you don’t have a chance to see the email before heading to Christie Pits, don’t worry…you’ll find out once you’re at the park what team you’re on. Please arrive at the park ready to play…we’ll be giving you new baseball pants, but it would be good for you to wear some comfortable long pants to play in tomorrow.
