Beneath a warm and beautiful night sky, the Bolton Braves defeated our Toronto Playgrounds Peewee Selects 7-2 in six innings this evening at Sequicentennial Park Diamond 2 in their opening round robin game at the Brampton Minor Baseball Incorporated (BMBI) Tournament.
The TP Peewee Selects (0-1) have two more round robin games tomorrow (Saturday, May 30) at the BMBI tourney.
In the morning, TP will play against the Halton Hills Eagles in an 11:00 a.m. round robin proceeding at Sequicentennial Park Diamond 1.
Later on Saturday afternoon, Toronto Playgrounds are scheduled to face the Royal York (1) Cardinals in a 4:00 p.m. round robin affair at Sequicentennial Park Diamond 2.
