A team of five Angels along with two borrowed Astros and a Bison played an entertaining game of baseball against Lizzies on a evening that saw the sun set around 8:15 p.m.

The Angels won 13-2 over Lizzies, who showed grit and resilience.

Halos closer Elliott (13) put a stop to their comeback with a one-two-three inning in the bottom of the fourth.

The solid efforts of Angels pitchers James (10), Zach (14), and Liam (8) awed the baseball fans in the bleachers at Christie Pits Diamond 2.

The big hits for the Halos came from Zach, who had a three-run home run in the second inning; Elliott and James each had two doubles and a single to help with Angels’ win.

Astros players Vincent (10) and Desmond (3), who joined Angels for the evening, contributed strong base running and hits to the Angels cause.

Rose (11) of the Bisons had some amazing at bats to earn two walks and scored two runs in support of Angels win against Lizzies.
