Under a canopy of warm and hazy skies, the White Sox defeated the Jays 12-6 in three innings of Mosquito Division action this evening at Trinity-Bellwoods Park Diamond 2.

Here is a White Sox account of the proceedings:

  • With only six White Sox and four Jays players on hand, both teams shared players and had an outfielder-less game. Still  a lot of fun for everyone!
  • White Sox starter Joaquin (6) pitched the bottom of the first getting two K’s. The inning ended when Callum (12) fielded a hard grounder to make the play at first.
  • In the bottom of the second, White Sox reliever Anthony (9) got three capital K’s.
  • White Sox closer Sam (7) sealed the deal in the third with 1 K and help from his fielder’s.
  • The White Sox’s Big hits were delivered by Anthony, Jonathan (10), and a deep shot by Callum for 2 RBI’s.
