The TP House League Baseball Committee has issued an important update concerning registrations for its inaugural pilot edition of the Toronto Playgrounds House League Baseball Academy, which is scheduled to commence on November 16.
As of November 11, all available openings in the Fall 2016 edition of the Academy have been filled.
The Committee is planning to hold winter Academy classes, which will be held early in the new year, and is in the process of finalizing the permits and logistics to do so. Details pertaining to the Winter 2017 Baseball Academy (ie. dates, times, facility, etc) will be posted as soon as they have been finalized. Please be advised that any planned winter Academy sessions are contingent upon interest and facility availability.
Any additional registrants still interested in our indoor skills and drills Baseball Academy classes may contact us via email at tpbaseball@gmail.com in order put on a sequential waiting list for the Winter 2017 edition of the Academy.
The Academy is an on-going indoor skills and drills class for participants aged from 8 to 13 years old, made up of weekly sessions that are ninety minutes long. Each week’s session will focus on specific baseball skills and activities. Participants will be able to enjoy even more baseball while enhancing their skills and building increased self-confidence in their baseball abilities.
Interested Parents and Players are advised that spaces are limited, so if you are interested in signing up for our proposed Winter 2017 Baseball Academy session, please contact us as soon as possible so that your name can be placed on our waiting list.
