LOCATION REVISION FOR TUESDAY’S GAME WAS MADE FOR LOGISTICAL REASONS
With the Dovercourt Park diamond available to us on Tuesday evening, the Toronto Playgrounds House League Baseball Committee has decided to move the Mosquito Division game involving the Twins and Lizzies game (originally scheduled for this Tuesday, June 20 at 6:15 p.m. at the McCormick Park diamond) to the Dovercourt Park diamond. The game will now start at 6:00 pm.
The location revision for the Twins and Lizzies game was made for logistical reasons. It is much easier for the Committee to get all of our baseball equipment to the Dovercourt diamond, and it is also closer to Christie Pits.
So, once again, the game this Tuesday June 20, Twins at Lizzies, will now start at 6:00 pm at the Dovercourt diamond. The Dovercourt diamond is at Southview Ave. just west of Salem Ave. – 2 blocks west of Dovercourt Rd. and 2 blocks north of Bloor St.
