VIRTUAL ZOOM MEETING ON DECK FOR TUESDAY EVENING AT 7:00 P.M.

Hello Players, Parents and Guardians:
The Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Annual and Special Meeting of the Members is taking place as a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, May 25 at 7:00 p.m.

One piece of business at the meeting will be the proposed adoption of “Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Association By-Law No. 2021-1”. This by-law will serve as the organizing document for Toronto Playgrounds as a not-for-profit corporation. We encourage anyone who is interested to read through the by-law in advance of the meeting. The lawyer who worked on the preparation of the by-law will be in attendance at the Annual and Special Meeting of the Members, so if people have questions regarding the by-law they will be able to ask them on Tuesday evening.

In addition, here are the links to the Financial Statements for our organization from 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. We are posting this information, as there will be a motion at the Annual and Special Meeting of the Members tonight to acknowledge receipt of these Financial Statements.
