Underneath a veil of beautiful skies at the Bickford Park North Diamond, two of our traditional Tee Ball Division teams renewed old ornithological acquaintances.
Before an enthusiastic, standing room only gathering of family and friends, the Loons and Owls took flight in a fun and energetic hootenanny of baseball fireworks where it was raining hits and runs in buckets for two innings.
And after the dust and feathers had finally settled on the basepaths, TP Umpire Sadie declared that the Loons and Owls had played to a draw.
A fitting end to a game where a wonderful time was had by all in attendance.
