WITH RESOLVE, THE CRAWFORDS STORM BACK IN GAME 2 TO EVEN THE BEST OF SEVEN CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES AT DOMINICO FIELD
Under the warm glow of the incandescent lights illuminating the diamond, the Crawfords defeated the Homesteads 12-4 in five innings of Midget Division Championship Series action tonight at Dominico Field at Christie Pits.
After losing their opening playoff game on Tuesday night by the score of 11-10, the Crawfords rebounded with a convincing victory in Game 2 to even their best of seven playoff series at 1-1.
The Crawfords and Homesteads will resume championship play with a doubleheader on Saturday (September 12) at Dominico Field. Game 3 of the series is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. and Game 4 will take place at 5:00 p.m.
