In its annual awards ceremony held this past weekend, Baseball Ontario named Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Association (TPBA) Rep Head Coach Marco Bianchi as the recipient of the 2022 Baseball Ontario 13U & Below Rep Coach of the Year Award.
It goes without saying that Marco possesses an infectious love for the game that is admired by the many players and parents that he has personally interacted with through his many years as a volunteer coach with the TPBA at Christie Pits.
In a fun and rewarding campaign as head coach this past season, Marco steered his TPBA 10U ‘A’ Rep Team to championship glory at the 2022 Toronto Baseball Association (TBA) 10U ‘A’ Finals.
This is Bianchi’s second Baseball Ontario Coach of the Year honour. Previously, he was alo the recipient of the award back in 2019.
On behalf of our baseball loving community, the TPBA Board of Directors would like to extend its heartfelt congratulations to Marco for being named as the 2022 Baseball Ontario 13U and Bellow Rep Coach of the Year.
